Summary
1. The WQ and WQ-JY series have significantly enhanced the conventional pumps available both locally and internationally. They feature optimized hydraulic performance, advanced sealing technology, and an innovative, protective structural design. These improvements render the pumps more reliable and safe, ensuring effortless usage and an extended service life. With superior drainage capabilities, the entire series guarantees easy selection. When paired with an electronic control cabinet, they offer enhanced pump protection.
2. Performance is optimized with a two-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals, ensuring smooth lubrication and superior cooling. This configuration enables stable operation, prevents clogging, and allows easy passage for pumped liquids.
3. The tandem-type mechanical seal ensures the shaft seal is exceptionally reliable, contributing to a longer service life.
4. Structural improvements enhance sealing, ensuring reliable operation with reduced vibration. The optimized design makes the pump user-friendly.
5. Equipped with an IPX8-rated motor, these pumps boast excellent cooling performance. The temperature rise is notably lower than standard motors, and the Class F insulation guarantees an extended motor lifespan.
6. The motor features multiple protective mechanisms, facilitating easy selection.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature must be below 40ºC The pH value should range from 4 to 10, with medium density less than 1200kg/m3 and a solid-liquid ratio less than 2%.
3. The liquid level must comply with the stipulated minimum level in the installation diagram.
4. The pump is not advisable for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not surpass the maximum permitted solid diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched for optimal flow performance and efficiency. The power curve remains flat, minimizing overload risk. A balanced and precise impeller reduces vibration and ensures stable rotation.
2. Motor: A specially crafted submersible motor, boasting an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, assures outstanding cooling performance and prolonged insulation lifespan.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated through its shell. As long as the medium surpasses half the stator shell, it can operate safely.
4. Shaft Seal: Comprising two or three mechanical seals in series, one seal separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Filled with suitable oil, the oil chamber separates the medium from the motor using two mechanical seals. If leakage occurs in the first seal, the oil prevents liquid ingress into the motor, while the seals remain lubricated and cooled. This configuration stabilizes mechanical seal operation and dissipates heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing set provides stable shaft support. Depending on radial and axial forces and load, it can be configured with two or three different bearings, ensuring stable pump operation and an extended service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber, resistant to sewage. It is engineered for ambient temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius and full-load motor operation. Under lower ambient temperatures or reduced load conditions, the pump's operational lifespan is significantly extended.
2. A reliable seal is ingeniously integrated between the cable rubber cover and the motor, effectively preventing any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring enduring performance and protection.
3. The cable slot and cables undergo a sophisticated rubber vulcanization process. Even if the rubber cover is compromised, this advanced feature ensures the prevention of medium leakage into the motor cabinet, safeguarding the motor's integrity.
8. Motor Shell: The robust construction of the motor shell consists of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, where each part is expertly sealed at the joints. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by rigorous water pressure testing of every pump to ensure impeccable sealing and reliability.
9. Safety Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: This precision instrument is installed in the oil chamber to monitor the first mechanical seal's integrity. Should the medium intrude into the oil chamber to a critical level, the system will issue an alert, signaling the need for immediate attention.
2. Water-in Detector: Strategically placed within the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly monitors the second mechanical seal. In the event of oil or an oil-water mixture entering the motor, the detector will trigger an alarm and halt pump operations, preventing potential damage.
3. Thermal Part: Installed within the motor stator windings, this component is designed to detect excessive temperature rises. In scenarios of prolonged overload or other issues causing heat buildup, the system will alert and automatically cease pump operation to prevent overheating.
10. Outer Control System:
1. Users are urged to employ a professional control cabinet to efficiently manage and protect the pump. For those preferring to use their own control cabinet, we recommend contacting us to receive guidance on installing a suitable protection controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: Please refrain from using the cable to pump or move the pump, as it may compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leaks. Ensure the cable is not fixed on the hand lift to prevent movement-related damage.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve illustrates the optimal running scope of the pump. If the medium changes, ensure that the shaft power remains within the rated motor power parameters. Overloading could result in motor damage due to overheating.
