Summary
1. Introducing the WQ, WQ-JY series - an upgrade of conventional local and international pumps. This line boasts enhanced hydraulic performance, advanced seal technology, and an improved structure offering superior protection. The pumps are crafted to be highly reliable and safe, featuring user-friendly design and extended service life. With excellent drainage capabilities, the entire series offers easy selection. When paired with an electronic control cabinet, the pump is safeguarded from potential risks.
2. Experience optimized performance featuring a dual-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals. This design ensures better lubrication and cooling, resulting in stable operation without clogs, and allows for seamless passage of pumped liquid.
3. Our tandem mechanical seal design provides a more reliable shaft seal, promoting a longer service life.
4. The structural improvements enhance sealing efficiency, ensure reliable operation, reduce vibration, and make the pump easier to use.
5. Equipped with an IPX8 motor, the pump boasts excellent cooling performance and lower temperature rise compared to conventional motors. The Class F insulation guarantees prolonged motor life.
6. Featuring multiple motor protection options, this pump series offers convenient selection.

Application
Ideal for applications in buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roads, factory sewage, and small-scale sewage treatment facilities, among others.
Capable of handling liquids like rainwater, wastewater containing solids, and long fabric materials.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature should be less than 40ºC , PH value range is 4-10, with medium density less than 1200kg/m3 and a solid-to-liquid ratio under 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level should comply with the installation drawing's specified minimum.
4. Not suitable for highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Ensure that solids do not exceed the maximum allowed diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched, delivering excellent flow performance and high efficiency. The flat power curve prevents overload, while the balanced and precise impeller minimizes vibration and ensures stable rotation.
2. Motor: The pump features a specially designed submersible motor with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation. It offers superior cooling performance and a long service life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated through the motor shell. As long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell, safe operation is assured.
4. Shaft Seal: Designed with two or three mechanical seals in series, one seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber while the others separate the oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: The oil chamber is filled with suitable oil, hosting two mechanical seals that separate the medium from the motor. In case of leakage from the first seal, the oil protects the motor from liquid ingress. Additionally, the seals are lubricated and cooled, ensuring stable mechanical seal operation and dissipating heat generated by the lower bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing sets provide stable support for the shaft. Depending on radial and axial forces and load, two or three different bearings may be used to ensure stable pump operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The soft rubber cable is resistant to sewage and designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and motor full-load conditions. When operating below full load or in environments cooler than 40°C, the pumps ensure extended operational longevity.
2. A robust seal is ingeniously placed between the cable rubber cover and the motor, meticulously crafted to prevent any medium leakage into the motor cabinet. This ensures the longevity and efficiency of the motor's performance.
3. The cable slot and cables are expertly vulcanized with rubber. In the event that the rubber cover sustains any damage, this design ingeniously prevents medium leakage into the motor cabinet, offering an additional layer of protection.
8. Motor Shell: The motor shell is a composite of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all meticulously sealed at the joints. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee the integrity of the seals, ensuring optimal operation and durability.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): A comprehensive safety mechanism is in place, utilizing a professionally controlled cabinet to ensure the utmost protection of the pump system.
1. Oil Water Detector: Installed within the oil chamber, this advanced detector meticulously checks for leakage from the first mechanical seal. Should the medium leak into the oil chamber to a significant extent, it will promptly trigger an alarm.
2. Water In Detector: Situated in the motor cabinet, this detector monitors for leaks from the second mechanical seal. Upon detecting oil or oil-water mixture intrusion into the motor, it will activate an alarm and halt pump operation to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded within the windings of the motor stator, this component detects prolonged motor overloads. If the winding temperature rises excessively due to overload or other factors, it will sound an alarm and shut down the pump to avert overheating.
10. Outer Control System:
1. The user must employ a professional control cabinet to effectively manage and safeguard the pump. If a custom control cabinet is used, please connect with us for expert guidance on installing a protection controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: It is strictly forbidden to pump or move the unit by the cable, as this can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leaks. Additionally, fixing the cable on the hand lift to move the pump is prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the recommended operational scope for the pump. It is crucial to ensure that the shaft power remains within the rated motor power range when the medium changes. Overloading may result in motor burnout.
