1. WQ, WQ-JY series undergo enhancements to outperform similar pumps both locally and globally. With advancements in hydraulic and seal technology, structural design, and protective features, our pumps are more reliable and safe. Ease of use, extended lifespan, and excellent drainage capabilities define the entire series. Selection is simple, and when paired with an electronic control cabinet, the pump is safeguarded for optimal performance.
2. Experience optimized performance with a two-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals that provide superior lubrication and cooling. The pump operates stably, remains clog-free, and efficiently passes pumped liquids.
3. The tandem-type mechanical seal offers enhanced reliability for the shaft seal, ensuring a prolonged service life.
4. Structural improvements enhance seal integrity, ensure reliable operation, reduce vibrations, and optimize the structure, making the pump user-friendly and efficient.
5. Equipped with an IPX8 motor, this pump boasts excellent cooling performance with a temperature rise significantly lower than conventional motors. The Class F insulation guarantees prolonged motor longevity.
6. The motor features multiple protective mechanisms, making selection straightforward and safeguarding operation.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature should be less than 40ºC. The pH value should range between 4 to 10, and medium density should be less than 1200 kg/m³ with a solid-to-liquid ratio under 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must match that specified in the installation drawing.
4. Not suitable for handling strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and alignment of the pump body and impeller ensure exceptional performance and high efficiency. The impeller, precisely balanced, minimizes vibration and promotes steady rotation, preventing overload.
2. Motor: Specifically engineered submersible motor with IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, delivering superior cooling performance and extended insulation life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated through the motor shell. Safe operation is assured as long as the medium level covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: A series of two or three mechanical seals work cohesively. One separates the medium from the oil chamber, while others divide the oil from the motor, ensuring secure and efficient operation.
5. Oil Chamber: Filled with suitable oil, the chamber contains two mechanical seals that separate the medium from the motor. If the first seal leaks, the oil prevents liquid ingress to the motor. The seals are lubricated and cooled, enhancing stability and dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing setup provides robust support for the shaft, tailored to handle radial and axial forces. Utilizing diverse bearing types, it ensures stable operation and prolongs service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable, crafted from soft rubber, withstands sewage exposure. Designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and full motor load, the pump can operate longer when conditions are below maximum load or temperature limits.
2. A robust seal is expertly fitted between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, providing an exceptional barrier to prevent any medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
3. The cable slot and cables undergo a meticulous rubber vulcanization process. In the rare event of a broken rubber cover, this advanced design will still effectively prevent medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor shell: Comprising a sturdy base, a precision-engineered bearing seat, and a durable motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at every joint. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to certify impeccable sealing.
9. Safe protection in pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet):
1. Oil water detector: This critical component is nestled in the oil chamber to vigilantly monitor the first mechanical seal's integrity. Upon detecting significant medium leakage into the oil chamber, the detector triggers an alarm for immediate response.
2. Water in detector: Strategically installed within the motor cabinet, this detector monitors for breaches in the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture encroach into the motor, an alert is sounded, and the pump ceases operation to prevent damage.
3. Thermal part: Embedded in the motor stator windings, this thermal safeguard activates if the motor experiences prolonged overload, causing an alarming rise in winding temperatures. It promptly issues an alert and halts the pump to avert overheating.
10. Outer control system:
1. Users must employ a professional control cabinet to ensure optimal control and protection of the pump. For those using custom cabinets, we offer expert guidance to correctly install the protection controller.
2. Special hand lift for easy movement: It is crucial never to lift or maneuver the pump by the cable, as this may compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Equally, securing the cable to the hand lift for movement is strictly prohibited.
3. Performance curve and main technical data: The performance curve vividly illustrates the optimal pump operating range. Should the medium properties change, ensure that the shaft power remains within the motor's rated capacity to prevent motor burnout.
