Working Conditions
1. Power supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Designed for medium temperatures below 40ºC with a pH range of 4-10, medium density under 1200kg/m3, and solid-to-liquid ratio less than 2%.
3. Ensure the liquid level complies with the minimum requirements detailed in the installation guide.
4. Not recommended for use with highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids should not surpass the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and alignment of the pump body and impeller ensure optimal flow with high efficiency and a stable power curve. A balanced and precisely engineered impeller reduces vibration and offers stable rotation.
2. The specially designed submersible motor boasts an IPX8 protection level and insulation class F, delivering exceptional cooling performance and extended insulation life.
3. The motor is ingeniously cooled by its casing, allowing safe operation when the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Our shaft seal system utilizes two or three mechanical seals in series, separating the medium from the oil chamber and further isolating oil from the motor.
5. The oil chamber, filled with suitable oil, acts as a barrier between the medium and the motor. In the event of a mechanical seal leak, the oil prevents liquid ingress, maintaining lubrication and cooling for stable seal performance.
6. The bottom bearing sets provide solid support for the shaft, meticulously chosen according to radial, axial forces, and load requirements, ensuring stable pump operation and long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. Featuring a flexible rubber cable resistant to sewage, designed for 40-degree ambient temperatures and full motor load conditions. For prolonged operation, maintain below full load or in temperatures under 40 degrees, extending pump longevity.
2. A robust seal is ingeniously placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, effectively preventing any leakage of medium into the motor cabinet. This strategic design ensures optimal performance and durability.
3. The cable slot and cables are expertly vulcanized with rubber. Even if the rubber cover sustains damage, this innovative feature continues to guard against any medium leakage into the motor cabinet, maintaining the product's integrity.
8. Motor Shell: Crafted from a base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at each joint. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to ensure these seals provide unparalleled protection and reliability.
9. Secure Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: This essential component resides in the oil chamber, vigilantly monitoring the first mechanical seal for leaks. Should the medium penetrate the oil chamber to a critical level, an alarm will sound, ensuring immediate attention.
2. Water-In Detector: Installed within the motor cabinet, this detector keeps a watchful eye on the second mechanical seal for leaks. If an oil or oil-water mix infiltrates the motor, the detector triggers an alarm and halts pump operation, safeguarding the system.
3. Thermal Part: Positioned in the motor stator's windings, this component detects prolonged motor overload or other heat-inducing issues. When temperatures reach critical levels, it sounds an alarm and stops the pump, preventing potential damage.
10. Outer Control System:
1. Operators should utilize the professional control cabinet for effective pump management and protection. For users opting for their own control cabinets, reaching out to us for guidance on installing the protection controller is highly recommended.
2. A special hand lift is provided for effortless and safe movement. It's strictly prohibited to lift or move the pump using the cable, as this can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to potential leakage. Avoid securing the cable to the hand lift for movement.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the optimal pump operation range. Should the medium alter, ensure that the shaft power does not exceed the rated motor power to prevent motor burnout due to overload.
