1. The WQ and WQ-JY series are enhancements over the local and international models. These pumps feature optimized hydraulics, advanced sealing technology, and a robust structure that promises enhanced protection. The entire series offers seamless selection and, when paired with an electronic control cabinet, provides superior pump protection.
2. Performance is optimized with a two-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals, ensuring superior lubrication and cooling. This guarantees stable operation, minimizes the risk of clogging, and facilitates the easy passage of pumped liquids.
3. The tandem configuration of the mechanical seals ensures a more reliable shaft seal with an extended service life.
4. Structural improvements enhance sealing, ensure reliable operation with minimal vibration, and offer an optimized design for ease of use.
5. The IPX8 motor provides excellent cooling performance with a lower temperature rise compared to standard motors. Its durable Class F insulation ensures the motor enjoys a long service life.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium Temperature: Must be less than 40ºC , with a pH value ranging from 4 to 10. The medium density must be less than 1200 kg/m3, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should not exceed 2%.
3. The liquid level must conform to the lowest level specified in the installation drawing.
4. This pump is unsuitable for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. The size of the solids should not surpass the maximum allowable solid diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and matching of the pump body and impeller ensure high-performance flow, superior efficiency, and a flat power curve, reducing the risk of overload. The impeller is precisely balanced, minimizing vibrations and ensuring stable rotation.
2. Motor: Featuring a specially designed submersible motor, the protection level is IPX8 with insulation class F, ensuring excellent cooling performance and a prolonged service life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor heat is efficiently dissipated by the motor shell. The motor operates safely as long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: Comprising two or three mechanical seals in series, one separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Filled with suitable oil, it houses two mechanical seals. If the first seal leaks, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress into the motor. The dual seals are lubricated and cooled, stabilizing seal performance and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing set offers stable support for the shaft. It is designed to withstand radial force, axial force, and loads, using two or three types of bearings to ensure stable operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is a flexible rubber design, resistant to sewage and tailored for ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees centigrade and full motor load conditions. By maintaining lower ambient temperatures or not operating at full load, the pump achieves longer operational durations.
2. The innovative seal between the cable's rubber cover and the motor expertly prevents any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced longevity.
3. Even if the robust rubber cover is compromised, the sophisticated rubber vulcanization of the cable slot and cables acts as a formidable barrier, effectively preventing any medium from infiltrating the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: The meticulously crafted motor shell comprises the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all seamlessly joined with seals at every joint. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee an impeccable seal, ensuring maximum reliability and performance.
9. Safety Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. The state-of-the-art oil water detector is strategically installed in the oil chamber to monitor the first mechanical seal. In the event of medium leakage into the oil chamber, it promptly triggers an alarm, providing immediate alerts for maintenance.
2. Water-in Detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly monitors the second mechanical seal. Should oil or a water-oil mixture penetrate the motor, it will sound an alarm and halt the pump, preventing any potential damage.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded in the motor stator windings, this feature ensures that if the motor experiences prolonged overload, the rising temperature is swiftly detected, triggering an alarm and stopping the pump to prevent overheating and ensure protection.
