Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium Temperature: Less than 40ºC , with a pH range of 4-10. Medium density should be less than 1200kg/m³, and the solid-to-liquid ratio must be under 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must adhere to specifications outlined in the installation diagram.
4. Not suitable for highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solid particles must not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and pairing of the pump body and impeller ensure exceptional efficiency and a smooth power curve, minimizing the risk of overload. The precisely balanced impeller reduces vibration, ensuring stable rotation.
2. Motor: A specially designed submersible motor with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation. It delivers outstanding cooling performance and a prolonged insulation lifespan.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated by the motor shell. Safe operation is guaranteed as long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: Configured with two or three series mechanical seals. One separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the remaining seals isolate the oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Filled with suitable oil, it contains two mechanical seals that separate the medium from the motor. In the event of leakage in the first seal, the oil acts as a barrier to prevent liquid ingress into the motor, while the seals remain lubricated and cooled, efficiently dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearings: The bottom bearing assemblies provide robust shaft support. Designed to accommodate radial and axial forces, as well as loads, these bearings ensure stable pump operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The robust soft rubber cable is resistant to sewage, tailored to withstand ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and motor full-load conditions. For prolonged pump operation, ensure the motor is not fully loaded or the ambient temperature remains below 40 degrees.
2. The sophisticated seal between the cable rubber cover and the motor is designed to effectively prevent any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring unparalleled protection and reliability.
3. The innovative design includes cable slots and cables treated with rubber vulcanization. In the event of a rubber cover breach, this feature acts as a formidable barrier, preventing medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing, guaranteeing a flawless seal and uncompromised performance.
9. Safe protection in pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): A paramount feature ensuring the utmost safety and reliability of the pump system.
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically installed within the oil chamber, this detector monitors the leakage of the first mechanical seal. Upon detecting a specified amount of medium leakage into the oil chamber, an alarm is triggered, ensuring immediate attention.
2. Water-In Detector: Installed in the motor cabinet, it vigilantly detects leaks from the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture penetrate the motor, this detector will sound an alarm and halt the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Protection: Embedded within the motor stator windings, this vital component monitors for prolonged overloads. If the winding temperature rises to a critical level, an alarm activates, stopping the pump to safeguard against overheating.
