2. Experience optimized performance with a two-channel impeller and a two to three mechanical seal system. This configuration ensures superior lubrication and cooling, providing stable operation without clogging, and enabling easy passage of pumped liquids.
3. The tandem type mechanical seal enhances shaft seal reliability and significantly prolongs its service life, ensuring consistent operation.
4. Structural improvements greatly benefit sealing and ensure reliable operation with minimal vibration. The optimized design makes the pump extremely user-friendly.
5. Featuring an IPX8 motor, which offers outstanding cooling capabilities and maintains a lower temperature rise compared to standard motors. Combined with Class F insulation, it ensures a long-lasting motor life.

Application
This pump is perfectly suited for a broad range of applications including buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roads, factory sewage, and small sewage treatment facilities, among others.
It efficiently handles pumped liquids such as rainwater, wastewater containing solids, and long fabric materials.

Working conditions
1. Power supply specifications: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2. Suitable for medium temperatures below 40°C.ºC , with a pH range of 4-10, medium density below 1200kg/m³, and a solid-liquid ratio under 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must conform to the specifications detailed in the installation drawing.
4. Not suitable for pumping strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not exceed the maximum allowed diameter.

Structure
1. The precise selection and matching of the pump body and impeller ensure optimal flow performance and efficiency. The flat power curve minimizes overload risk. The well-balanced impeller reduces vibration, ensuring stable rotation.
2. The submersible motor is specially designed with protection level IPX8 and insulation class F, providing excellent cooling performance and extended insulation life.
3. Motor cooling is efficiently achieved through the motor shell. As long as the medium level is above half of the stator shell, safe operation is maintained.
4. The shaft seal comprises two or three sets of mechanical seals working in series. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the other seals separate the oil from the motor.
5. The oil chamber is adequately filled to support two mechanical seals, ensuring separation between the medium and the motor. In the event of a first seal failure, the oil prevents liquid ingress, allowing continued lubrication and cooling of the mechanical seals and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support. It is configured with two or three types of bearings, depending on the radial and axial forces and the load, ensuring stable pump operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and mechanical seal:
1. The soft rubber cable is designed to withstand sewage environments. It is optimized for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and full motor load conditions, enabling prolonged pump operation when the motor runs below full load or in temperatures under 40°C.
2. A secure seal exists between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, effectively preventing any medium from seeping into the motor cabinet, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
3. The cable slot and cables are reinforced with rubber vulcanization. Even if the rubber cover is compromised, it acts as a steadfast barrier against medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: The motor shell comprises the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, seamlessly joined with robust seals. Each pump undergoes meticulous water pressure testing to guarantee an impenetrable seal.
9. Enhanced Safety Features in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically installed in the oil chamber, this detector monitors the leakage from the first mechanical seal in the medium. When leakage reaches a critical level, an alarm is triggered for immediate action.
2. Water-in Detector: Situated within the motor cabinet, this detector identifies leaks from the second mechanical seal. When oil or an oil-water mixture intrudes, it triggers an alarm and halts the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Protection: Embedded within the motor stator windings, this component monitors temperature rise due to overload or other factors. Upon reaching a critical temperature, it activates an alarm and stops the pump proactively.
10. Outer Control System:
1. It is imperative for users to employ a professional control cabinet to manage and safeguard the pump's functionality. Users opting for their custom control cabinet should contact us for guidance on installing the protection controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Handling: Avoid using the cable to pump or move the device; doing so may loosen the seal between the cable and motor cover, resulting in leakage. Attaching the cable to the hand lift for movement is also prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the recommended operational scope for the pump. When the medium varies, ensure the shaft power remains within the rated motor power range to avoid motor burnout due to overload.
