1. WQ and WQ-JY series have been magnificently refined to enhance similar pumps both locally and globally. With advancements in hydraulic, sealing technology, structural elements, and protective measures, these pumps are a testament to reliability and safety. User-friendly and enduring, they boast remarkable drainage capabilities and a prolonged service life. The entire range offers easy selection possibilities and, when paired with an electronic control cabinet, provides unmatched protection for the pump.
2. Optimized for performance, the pump features a two-channel impeller alongside a sophisticated two to three mechanical seal system. This ensures superior lubrication and cooling, allowing for stable, clog-free operation, and effortless passage for the pumped liquid.
3. The mechanical seal, arranged in tandem, ensures the shaft seal is exceptionally reliable, offering an extended service life.
4. Structural improvements are designed for enhanced sealing, reliability in operation, minimal vibration, and a streamlined configuration, making the pump notably easy to operate.
5. Featuring an IPX8 motor, this pump excels in cooling performance with a temperature rise significantly lower than average motors. It is robust, and its Class F insulation assures the motor's exceptional longevity.

Application
Ideal for use in buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roadways, factories, small sewage treatment plants, and more.
Capable of handling liquids ranging from rainwater to wastewater containing solids and long fabrics.

Working conditions
1. Power supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V
2. Medium temperature should be less than 40ºC , with a pH value between 4-10, medium density not exceeding 1200 kg/m³, and a solid-liquid ratio of less than 2%.
3. The minimum liquid level must comply with the lowest level as depicted in the installation drawing.
4. The pump is unsuitable for liquids or solids that are highly corrosive.
5. The solid content should not surpass the maximum allowable solid diameter.

Structure
1. With meticulous selection and matching of the pump body and impeller, the flow-through showcases excellent performance and efficiency. It boasts a flat power curve, making it resistant to overloading. The impeller is precisely balanced, ensuring minimal vibration and stable rotation.
2. Motor: Engineered specifically for submersible applications, the motor is fortified with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, ensuring superior cooling performance and extended insulation life.
3. Motor cooling: Heat dissipation is achieved through the motor shell, allowing safe operation as long as the medium covers at least half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft seal: A series of two or three mechanical seals work in conjunction, with one seal separating the medium from the oil chamber and the other seals isolating oil from the motor.
5. Oil chamber: Filled with appropriate oil, the oil chamber separates the medium from the motor. In case the first mechanical seal leaks, the oil chamber retains the oil to prevent liquid ingress into the motor. This setup provides lubrication and cooling for the mechanical seals, maintaining operational stability and dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing set provides stable support for the shaft. Depending on radial force, axial force, and load, it can be configured with two or three different types of bearings, ensuring stable operation and an extended service life for the pump.
7. Cable and mechanical seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber capable of resisting sewage. Designed for an ambient temperature of 40°C under full motor load conditions, the pump can operate longer if the motor does not work at full load or if the ambient temperature is below 40°C.
2. A sophisticated seal is ingeniously placed between the cable's robust rubber cover and the motor. This meticulous design ensures that no medium can infiltrate the motor cabinet, providing an impeccable safeguard against leaks.
3. The cable slots and the cables themselves undergo a refined process of rubber vulcanization. This thoughtful feature acts as a formidable barrier, ensuring that even if the rubber cover sustains damage, any potential medium leakage to the motor cabinet is effectively blocked.
8. Motor Shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at every joint. Each pump is rigorously water pressure tested to guarantee the integrity of these seals, ensuring unmatched reliability.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Expertly installed within the oil chamber, this advanced detector monitors the first mechanical seal for leaks. Upon detecting a significant medium leak, it activates an alarm, ensuring timely intervention.
2. Water In Detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly watches for leaks in the second mechanical seal. Should any oil or oil-water mixture enter the motor, the detector promptly triggers an alarm and halts the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Component: Strategically installed within the motor stator windings, this thermal component monitors for excessive heat due to prolonged overload or other factors. If the temperature rises to critical levels, it sounds an alarm and stops the pump to protect the system.
10. Outer Control System:
1. Users must employ a professional control cabinet to expertly manage and protect the pump. For those utilizing their own control cabinets, we offer guidance to properly install a protection controller, ensuring optimal performance.
2. Special Hand Lift for Ease of Movement: Avoid lifting or moving the pump using its cable, as this can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leaks. Similarly, fixing the cable to the hand lift for movement is strongly discouraged.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the optimal operational range for the pump. When dealing with varying mediums, it is crucial to maintain the shaft power within the rated motor power limits to prevent motor burn due to overload.
