1. The WQ and WQ-JY series have been enhanced to surpass both local and international counterparts in the pump industry. With advanced hydraulic engineering, state-of-the-art seal technology, and an optimized structural design, these pumps offer superior reliability and safety. They are user-friendly, boast a prolonged lifespan, and deliver exceptional drainage capabilities. The entire series is designed for easy selection and, when paired with an electronic control cabinet, provides added protection for the pump.
2. Optimized for peak performance, these pumps feature a dual-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals. This design ensures excellent lubrication and cooling for the mechanical seals, allowing for stable, clog-free operation and smooth passage of the pumped liquid.
3. The mechanical seal is engineered in a tandem style, offering enhanced reliability for the shaft seal and extending its lifespan considerably.
4. Structural improvements enhance seal integrity and operational reliability, minimizing vibration. The optimized design ensures easy operation and maintenance.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2. Medium temperature must be below 40ºC with a pH value ranging between 4-10. The medium's density should not exceed 1200kg/m3, and the solid to liquid ratio must be under 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must conform to the specifications outlined in the installation drawing.
4. Not suitable for handling highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not exceed the maximum allowed diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller have been meticulously selected and matched for optimal flow performance and high efficiency. The power curve is flat, reducing the likelihood of overload. The balanced and precision-engineered impeller ensures minimal vibration and stable rotation.
2. Motor: This specially designed submersible motor features an IPX8 protection level and a Class F insulation, providing excellent cooling performance and extending the insulation service life.
3. Motor Cooling: Heat generated by the motor is dissipated through the motor shell. As long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell, the motor can operate safely.
4. Shaft Seal: Operating in series, two to three mechanical seals work in tandem. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the remaining seals keep the oil separate from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: The oil chamber contains an appropriate amount of oil and two mechanical seals that separate the medium from the motor. If the first seal leaks, the oil prevents liquid ingress into the motor. The dual mechanical seals also receive lubrication and cooling, promoting stable operation and dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support. Depending on radial and axial forces and load requirements, the bottom bearing configuration may include two or three types of bearings, ensuring stable pump operation and a prolonged service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. Featuring a soft rubber cable resistant to sewage, this design accounts for ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and full motor load conditions. When operating below full load or in temperatures below 40 degrees, the pump's longevity is further extended.
2. A robust seal is ingeniously placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, effectively guarding against any potential medium leakage into the motor cabinet, ensuring unparalleled protection and longevity.
3. The cable slot and cables are meticulously crafted through rubber vulcanization, ensuring that even if the rubber cover is compromised, it serves as a steadfast barrier to prevent medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: The motor shell is a masterful assembly comprising a base, bearing seat, and motor cover, each joint seamlessly sealed. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing, guaranteeing the integrity of each seal for optimal performance.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Ingeniously installed within the oil chamber, this detector is vigilant against first mechanical seal leaks. Upon detection of medium leakage to a certain threshold, an alert is triggered, ensuring prompt response and safeguarding.
2. Water In Detector: Strategically placed in the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly monitors second mechanical seal leakage. In instances where oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, it promptly sounds an alarm, halting pump operation to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded within the motor stator windings, this component monitors temperature, especially during prolonged motor overload. Should the temperature rise for any reason-surpassing safe limits-it triggers an alarm and immediately stops the pump, preventing potential damage.
10. Outer Control System:
1. To ensure optimal control and protection of the pump, users must employ a professional control cabinet. Should users opt for their own control cabinets, we strongly recommend contacting our team for expert installation guidance of the protection controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Effortless Movement: It is imperative not to lift or move the pump using the cable, as this could compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Similarly, securing the cable on the hand lift for movement is strictly prohibited to maintain seal integrity.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve provides a visual representation of the recommended pump operating range. It's crucial that when the medium changes, the shaft power remains within the rated motor power parameters. Overloading beyond these limits may result in motor burnout.
