Product Description

Summary
1. The WQ and WQ-JY series are significant advancements over both domestic and international counterparts. They feature optimized hydraulic and seal technology, enhanced structural integrity, and improved protection mechanisms. These innovations ensure heightened reliability and safety, making them user-friendly with an extended service life and excellent drainage capability. The entire series offers easy selection options and, when paired with an electronic control cabinet, provides additional protection for the pump.
2. With optimized performance, the two-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals ensure the mechanical seal is better lubricated and cooled, providing stable operation free from clogging. This design allows easy passage for the pumped liquid.
3. The tandem-type mechanical seal enhances the shaft seal's reliability and extends its service life significantly.
4. Structural improvements benefit the sealing mechanism, ensuring reliable operation with minimal vibration. The optimized structure makes the pump exceptionally user-friendly.

Application
The pump is ideal for use in buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roadworks, factory sewage, and small sewage treatment facilities.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V
2. Medium temperature must be below 40ºC , with a pH value ranging from 4 to 10. Medium density should be less than 1200kg/m³, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should not exceed 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must comply with the lowest level specified in the installation drawing.
4. The pump is unsuitable for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched for optimal performance. This ensures high efficiency, a flat power curve, and resistance to overload. The impeller is balanced and precisely engineered to reduce vibration and maintain stable rotation.
2. Motor: The specially designed submersible motor features an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, guaranteeing excellent cooling performance and extended service life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated via the motor shell, ensuring safe operation as long as the medium covers half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: The arrangement of two or three mechanical seals works in series. One seal separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the other seals keep the oil and motor apart.
5. Oil Chamber: The oil chamber contains a suitable lubricant, with two mechanical seals separating the medium from the motor. If the first seal leaks, the oil prevents the liquid from reaching the motor. These seals are lubricated and cooled, enhancing stability and dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing assembly provides stable support for the shaft. Designed to handle radial and axial forces, as well as varying loads, the assembly may include two or three types of bearings to ensure stable pump operation and long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is made from soft rubber, resistant to sewage. It is designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and motor full-load conditions. To maximize pump longevity, ensure the motor operates below full load or in ambient temperatures under 40°C.
2. A robust seal between the cable's rubber cover and the motor ensures that no medium leaks into the motor cabinet, providing enhanced protection.
3. Featuring a cable slot and cables with rubber vulcanization, our design ensures that even if the rubber cover is compromised, medium leakage to the motor cabinet is effectively prevented.
8. Motor Shell: Crafted with precision, the motor shell is constructed from the base, bearing seat, and motor cover. Each joint is meticulously sealed. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee an impeccable seal.
9. Safe Protection on Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): A robust safety net for dependable pump protection.
1. Oil Water Detector: Positioned within the oil chamber, this sensitive device monitors the first mechanical seal for leaks. Should the medium infiltrate the oil chamber beyond a specified level, an alarm is triggered.
2. Water-In Detector: Situated within the motor cabinet, this alert system detects leaks from the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture breach the motor, it promptly triggers an alarm and halts pump operation.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded in the motor stator windings, this component acts swiftly if the motor endures prolonged overload, causing a rise in winding temperature. Upon reaching a critical level, it activates an alarm and ceases pump function.

3. Performance Curve & Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the optimal pump operation range. Should the medium change, ensure the shaft power remains within the specified motor power limits. Overloading risks burning the motor.
