Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature should be maintained below 40ºC , with a pH value ranging from 4 to 10. The medium density must be less than 1200kg/m3, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should not exceed 2%.
3. The minimum liquid level must align with the lowest point depicted in the installation diagram.
4. Unsuitable for pumping strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids should not surpass the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. Each pump body and impeller is carefully selected and matched, ensuring excellent flow performance and high efficiency. The power curve is flat, avoiding overload. The impeller is precisely balanced, reducing vibration and ensuring stable rotation.
2. Motor: Our specially designed submersible motor features an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, ensuring superior cooling performance and a long insulation service life.
3. Motor Cooling: Heat generated by the motor is efficiently dissipated through the motor shell. Safe operation is assured as long as the medium covers over half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: Featuring two or three mechanical seals operating in series, the system separates the medium from the oil chamber, while additional seals isolate the oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Adequately filled with oil, the chamber separates the medium from the motor. Should the first seal fail, oil in the chamber prevents any liquid from reaching the motor. This setup ensures stable mechanical seal operation and helps disperse heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support. Tailored to handle radial force, axial force, and varying loads, this assembly may consist of two or three different bearings to ensure consistent, long-term operations.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. Soft rubber cables, resistant to sewage, are designed to endure ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and full motor load conditions. For extended service life, ensure the motor operates below full load or in environments cooler than 40 degrees when the pump is in operation.
2. The innovative seal between the cable rubber cover and the motor offers superior protection, effectively preventing any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, thus ensuring enhanced durability and performance.
3. Featuring cable slots and cables that are expertly vulcanized with rubber. Even if the rubber cover becomes compromised, it provides an additional safeguard against medium leaks into the motor cabinet, maintaining optimal operation.
8. Motor Shell: Composed of a sturdy base, a reliable bearing seat, and a durable motor cover, the motor shell boasts strategically placed seals at every joint. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to ensure these seals provide exceptional protection.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. The sophisticated oil water detector is meticulously installed in the oil chamber to monitor the integrity of the first mechanical seal. Should the medium leak into the oil chamber, it triggers an alarm to alert you of potential issues, ensuring proactive maintenance.
2. Water-in Detector: Installed within the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly monitors the second mechanical seal. When oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, it activates an alarm and halts the pump, safeguarding the system from damage.
3. Thermal Protection: Embedded within the motor stator windings, this component detects prolonged motor overloads. If the winding temperature rises excessively, an alarm is triggered, and the pump is stopped to prevent potential overheating.
