Structure
1. Meticulous selection and alignment of the pump body and impeller allow for a highly efficient flow with a stable power curve and minimal overload risk. The balanced and precision-engineered impeller minimizes vibration and ensures smooth rotation.
2. The specially designed submersible motor features an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, offering excellent cooling performance and a long service life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is efficiently dissipated by the motor shell, allowing safe operation as long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. The shaft seal consists of two or three mechanical seals arranged in series. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate the oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: This chamber is filled with appropriate oil and houses dual mechanical seals, isolating the medium from the motor. Should the primary seal leak, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress to the motor. Additionally, these seals are lubricated and cooled, aiding stable operation and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing sets offer firm support for the shaft, accommodating radial and axial forces as well as load. Depending on these factors, the bearing setup may vary to ensure stable pump operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber, resistant to sewage, and designed to withstand ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius under full load conditions. When operated below full load or in cooler environments, the pump's longevity is further extended.
2. A robust seal is strategically placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, acting as a crucial barrier to prevent any medium from seeping into the motor cabinet.
3. Both cable slot and cables are expertly vulcanized with rubber. This means that even if the rubber cover suffers damage, the advanced design will still effectively block any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor shell: The motor shell is meticulously crafted from the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all joined with precision seals at each junction. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee the integrity of these seals.
9. Comprehensive safety protection within the pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet):
1. Oil water detector: Installed in the oil chamber, this sensitive detector monitors the first mechanical seal for leaks. Should the medium intrude into the oil chamber beyond an acceptable level, an immediate alarm will be triggered.
2. Water in detector: Expertly placed in the motor cabinet, this detector alerts you to a breach in the second mechanical seal. If oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, it will activate an alarm and halt the pump operation.
3. Thermal protection: Embedded in the motor stator windings, this component responds to prolonged overloads by monitoring temperature rises. If the temperature reaches a critical point, the system will sound an alarm and stop the pump to prevent damage.
10. Advanced outer control system:
1. Users are advised to employ a professional control cabinet for optimal pump control and protection. Should users opt for their own control systems, we urge them to consult us for proper installation of the protection controller.
2. Special hand lift for easy movement: Users are strictly advised against using the cable for lifting or moving the pump, as doing so can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to potential leakage. Similarly, securing the cable to the hand lift for movement is also prohibited.
3. Performance curve and key technical data: The performance curve provides a clear visual guide to the recommended operational range. When the medium changes, ensure that the shaft power remains within the motor's rated capacity to avoid overload and potential motor burnout.
