3. Ensure the lowest liquid level complies with the installation drawing to maintain optimal performance.
4. Not recommended for use with highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids should not exceed the maximum allowable diameter for seamless operation.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched to provide excellent flow performance, high efficiency, and a stable power curve that avoids overload. The balanced and precisely engineered impeller minimizes vibrations and ensures consistent rotation.
2. Motor: Features a specially designed submersible motor with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, offering robust cooling performance and a long service life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is efficiently dissipated through the motor shell, ensuring safe operation when the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: A series of two or three mechanical seals work in unison, with one seal segregating the medium from the oil chamber and the others isolating oil from the motor, ensuring operational stability and performance.
5. Oil Chamber: Designed with optimal oil levels, the oil chamber separates the medium and motor. If a leakage occurs in the first mechanical seal, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress into the motor, ensuring stable and efficient mechanical seal operation while dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing set provides stable shaft support. Depending on radial, axial forces, and load, it can be configured with two or three types of bearings to guarantee stable operation and an extended service life.

1. The pump utilizes a soft rubber cable resistant to sewage, designed for 40°C ambient temperature and full motor load conditions. When operating below full load or at ambient temperatures under 40°C, the pump's working life is significantly extended.
2. A secure seal is ingeniously placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, expertly preventing any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet.
3. The cable slot and cables undergo meticulous rubber vulcanization. Even if the rubber cover sustains damage, this remarkable feature ensures medium leaks are effectively halted from reaching the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: The robust motor shell is an assembly of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all interconnected with precision seals at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee a flawless seal, ensuring utmost reliability.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: An advanced feature installed in the oil chamber, this detector vigilantly monitors the first mechanical seal's integrity. Should the medium infiltrate the oil chamber to a specific level, it promptly triggers an alarm.
