Working Conditions
1. Power supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2. Suitable for medium temperatures below 40ºC , with a pH level ranging from 4 to 10. Medium density should be less than 1200 kg/m³, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should not exceed 2%.
3. Ensure the liquid level complies with the minimum liquid level detailed in the installation drawings.
4. Not recommended for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not surpass the maximum allowable solid diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and pairing of the pump body and impeller ensure superior flow performance and high efficiency. The power curve remains flat, minimizing the risk of overload. Balanced and precisely crafted impellers result in reduced vibration and steady operation.
2. Engineered with a specially designed submersible motor, offering IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, the motor boasts excellent cooling performance and long-lasting insulation service life.
3. Motor heat is efficiently dissipated through the motor shell, allowing safe operation when the medium rises above half of the stator shell.
4. The shaft seal incorporates two or three sets of mechanical seals working in series. One seal separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the other seals isolate oil from the motor.
5. The oil chamber contains an appropriate amount of oil to separate the medium from the motor. Should the first mechanical seal leak, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress into the motor. The dual mechanical seals lubricate and cool, maintaining stability and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. The bottom bearing assembly offers resilient support for the shaft. Designed to accommodate radial, axial forces, and load, it can consist of two or three different bearings to ensure stable operation and prolonged pump life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The pump features a robust, sewage-resistant soft rubber cable, designed to withstand an ambient temperature of up to 40 degrees Celsius and full motor load conditions. For extended operation, maintain motor operation below full load or ambient temperatures under 40 degrees.
2. A robust seal is securely placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, effectively preventing any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring superior operational safety and longevity.
3. The cable slot and cables undergo advanced rubber vulcanization. In the event the rubber cover becomes compromised, this design further safeguards against medium leakage into the motor cabinet, enhancing the pump's reliability.
8. Motor shell: The motor shell comprises the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all expertly unified with seals at each joint. Every pump is rigorously water pressure tested to confirm its impeccable sealing, ensuring flawless performance.
9. Safety protection in pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet): A comprehensive safety system is in place, powered by a grounded, professional-grade power supply controlled cabinet, designed to deliver maximum protection.
