The entire series provides effortless selection and compatibility with electronic control cabinets for optimal pump protection.

Application
Ideal for diverse environments such as buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roads, factory sewage, and small-scale sewage treatment facilities.
The pump can efficiently handle rainwater and wastewater containing solids or long fabrics.

Working conditions
1. Power supply requirements: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2. Medium temperature should be less than 40ºC , with a pH range of 4-10 and medium density below 1200kg/m3. The solid-to-liquid ratio must not exceed 2%.
3. Ensure the liquid level aligns with the lowest level indicated in the installation diagram.
4. This pump is unsuitable for handling highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids should not surpass the pump's maximum allowable solid diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and paired for optimal flow performance, high efficiency, and a flat power curve, reducing the risk of overload. The impeller is balanced with precise engineering to minimize vibration and ensure stable rotation.
2. The motor: A specially designed submersible motor with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, offering excellent cooling performance and extended insulation lifespan.
3. Motor cooling: The motor dissipates heat through the motor shell, ensuring safe operation as long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft seal: A series of two or three mechanical seals work in tandem to separate the medium from the oil chamber and the oil from the motor, ensuring robust sealing efficiency.
5. Oil chamber: Contains appropriate oil to separate the medium from the motor. If the first seal leaks, the oil prevents liquid ingress to the motor. Dual mechanical seals ensure stable operation by providing lubrication, cooling, and dissipating heat from the bearings and motor.
6. Bearings: The bottom bearing assembly offers stable shaft support. Depending on radial, axial forces, and load, it can include up to three different bearings to ensure long-lasting and stable pump operation.
7. Cable and mechanical seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber, resistant to sewage, and designed for ambient temperatures of up to 40°C, and full motor load conditions. Pumps can operate longer if the ambient temperature is below 40°C or the motor isn't at full load.
2. An innovative seal between the cable rubber cover and the motor offers robust protection, effectively preventing any leakage of medium into the motor cabinet, safeguarding the pump's integrity.
3. With rubber vulcanization applied to the cable slot and cables, even if the rubber cover suffers damage, this feature ensures continued prevention of medium leakage into the motor cabinet, maintaining optimal pump performance.
8. Motor shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, this motor shell is expertly designed with seals at every joint. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to confirm the reliability of these seals, ensuring your pump operates with maximum efficiency.
9. Safe protection in pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet): Our pumps are equipped with a state-of-the-art earthed power supply controlled cabinet that enhances safety and reliability, providing you with peace of mind.
1. Oil water detector: Ingeniously installed in the oil chamber, this detector monitors the first mechanical seal within the medium. Should leakage reach a certain level, it triggers an alarm, ensuring prompt intervention to maintain system integrity.
2. Water in detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this detector keeps a vigilant check on the second mechanical seal. If oil or an oil-water mixture enters the motor, it swiftly activates an alarm and halts pump operation to prevent damage.
3. Thermal part: Strategically located within the motor stator windings, this component monitors temperature. In cases of prolonged overload or unexpected temperature spikes, it raises an alarm and safely stops the pump, protecting the motor from burnout.
