Structure
1,The meticulous selection and matching of pump body and impeller ensure high-efficiency flow, a flat power curve, and reduced risk of overload. Our balanced and precisely crafted impellers minimize vibration and ensure stable operation.
2,Our specially designed submersible motors feature IPX8 protection and Class F insulation for optimal cooling performance and prolonged service life.
3,Motor cooling is efficiently managed through the motor shell. As long as the medium remains above half of the stator shell, safe operation is ensured.
4,The advanced shaft seal system comprises two or three mechanical seals in series, separating the medium from the oil chamber and safeguarding the motor.
5,The oil chamber is filled with suitable oil, working with dual mechanical seals to prevent liquid intrusion into the motor and to facilitate lubrication and cooling, enhancing stability and dissipating heat from the motor and bottom bearing.

7,Cable and mechanical seal:
1,The flexible rubber cable resists sewage and is engineered for ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius. Operating under full load or below these conditions extends pump longevity.

3. The cable slot and cables are expertly crafted with rubber vulcanization. This ingenious design feature acts as a secondary safeguard; even if the rubber cover sustains damage, it continues to effectively prevent medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor shell: The motor shell is a composite structure made up of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover. At each joint, reliable seals are employed, and each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee the integrity and performance of these seals.
9. Safe protection in pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet): A sophisticated system designed to provide comprehensive protection, ensuring safety and reliability in pump operation.
1. Oil water detector: Strategically positioned within the oil chamber, this sensor diligently monitors the first mechanical seal for leaks. Upon detecting a certain level of medium in the oil chamber, it triggers an alarm, safeguarding the pump.
2. Water in detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this detector is attuned to the second mechanical seal. It promptly alerts and halts pump operation if oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, preserving the pump's functionality.
3. Thermal component: Installed within the motor stator windings, this sensor monitors for prolonged overload or other temperature surges. It reliably alerts and automatically stops the pump if temperatures reach critical levels, protecting the motor from damage.
10. Outer control system: A meticulously designed framework to seamlessly integrate with external systems for enhanced control and protection.
