Working Conditions

2, The medium temperature must remain below 40ºC , with a pH value ranging from 4 to 10, a medium density under 1200kg/m3, and a solid to liquid ratio under 2%.
3, Ensure the liquid level adheres to the lowest point depicted in the installation drawing.
4, This pump is not designed for highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5, Solids must not surpass the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1, The meticulous selection and matching of the pump body and impeller deliver high efficiency and superior flow performance. With a flat power curve and balanced, precise impeller, it minimizes vibration and stabilizes rotation, preventing overload.
2, The motor is a specially designed submersible type with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation. Enjoy remarkable cooling performance and extended insulation service life.
3, Motor cooling occurs via the motor shell, ensuring safe operation when the medium covers at least half of the stator shell.
4, The shaft seal features a series of two or three mechanical seals. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate the oil from the motor.
5, The oil chamber contains appropriate oil and dual mechanical seals that segregate the medium from the motor. In case of leakage, the oil chamber prevents liquid intrusion into the motor, while providing lubrication and cooling for the mechanical seals, effectively dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6, The bottom bearings form a stable shaft support, tailored to radial and axial forces, as well as the load. With a choice of two or three bearing types, stability and extended pump life are assured.
7, Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1, The pump utilizes a soft rubber cable resistant to sewage, designed for ambient temperatures of 40 degrees centigrade and full load motor conditions. By ensuring the motor operates below full load or in temperatures under 40 degrees, the pump's operational lifespan is extended.
2. A robust seal is strategically placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, meticulously designed to safeguard against medium leakage into the motor cabinet, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
3. The cable slot and accompanying cables are fortified through rubber vulcanization. Even if the rubber cover becomes compromised, this innovative design continues to prevent any medium leakage into the motor cabinet, maintaining safety and functionality.
8. Motor Shell: Thoughtfully constructed with a base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell features precise seals at all joint parts. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to certify the reliability and integrity of these seals.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): Designed for maximum safety, this system ensures reliable operation and protection.
1. Oil Water Detector: Positioned within the oil chamber, this detector monitors the first mechanical seal situated in the medium. Upon detecting a specific level of medium leakage into the oil chamber, it promptly triggers an alarm to alert and protect the system.
2. Water In Detector: Located within the motor cabinet, this device detects leaks from the second mechanical seal. If oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, the water detector activates an alarm, halting the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Protection Component: Installed within the motor stator windings, this component activates if prolonged motor overload occurs, causing an unsafe rise in winding temperature. An alarm promptly sounds, and the pump stops to avert potential damage.
