Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V
2. Medium Temperature: Below 40ºC with a pH value ranging from 4 to 10. The medium density should be less than 1200 kg/m³, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should not exceed 2%.
3. Ensure the lowest liquid level conforms to the installation drawing specifications.
4. Not suitable for liquids or solids with strong corrosive properties.
5. Solids must not surpass the maximum allowable solid diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and alignment of the pump body and impeller ensure superior flow performance and high efficiency. The power curve remains stable, preventing overload, while the balanced, precise impeller reduces vibration for smooth rotation.
2. The motor is a specially designed submersible variant with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation. This design ensures superior cooling and a long-lasting insulation life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is efficiently dissipated through the motor shell, allowing safe operation as long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: Utilizes two or three mechanical seals in series, with one seal separating the medium from the oil chamber and two others separating oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Contains suitable oil, separating the medium from the motor with two mechanical seals. If the first seal leaks, the oil prevents liquid ingress to the motor, while the seals are lubricated and cooled to maintain stable operation and dissipate heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing provides sturdy support for the shaft. Depending on radial and axial forces and load, it can be configured with two or three different bearings to ensure the pump operates stably and enjoys a long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The flexible rubber cable is designed to resist sewage and withstand ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius under full motor load conditions. When operating below full load or at lower ambient temperatures, the pump's lifespan is extended.
2. A robust seal is securely placed between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, effectively safeguarding against any potential leakage of medium into the motor cabinet. This design ensures long-lasting protection and reliability.
3. Featuring a cable slot and cables encased in rubber vulcanization, this mechanism acts as a secondary barrier. Even if the rubber cover sustains damage, it will continue to prevent any medium from infiltrating the motor cabinet, maintaining optimal operation.
8. Motor Shell: The motor shell is an assembly of a base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all meticulously sealed at their junctions. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee a perfectly sealed unit, delivering unparalleled performance.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): Ensuring maximum safety, our pump features an advanced earthed power supply controlled cabinet, offering reliable protection throughout usage.
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically installed in the oil chamber, the detector monitors the integrity of the first mechanical seal. Should the medium leak into the oil chamber beyond a certain threshold, it triggers an alarm, providing timely alerts for maintenance.
2. Water-in Detector: Installed within the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly monitors the second mechanical seal. If an oil or oil-water mixture enters the motor, the detector activates an alarm and halts the pump, preventing further complications.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded in the motor stator windings, this component safeguards against prolonged overload. As winding temperatures rise due to excessive load or other factors, it promptly triggers an alarm and shuts down the pump, preventing damage.
10. Outer Control System:
1. For comprehensive control and protection, users are advised to utilize a professional control cabinet. Should users opt to use their own control systems, we recommend contacting us for detailed guidance on installing the protective controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: It is strictly forbidden to lift or move the pump using the cable, as this can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Additionally, cables should not be fixed to the hand lift for movement.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the optimal operational range for the pump. If the medium changes, ensure the shaft power remains within the motor's rated power limits to prevent overload and potential motor damage.
