2. Our pumps boast optimized performance through a two-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals, which facilitate superior lubrication and cooling. This design ensures stable operation free of clogs, allowing easy passage for pumped liquids.

Capable of efficiently pumping liquids such as rainwater and wastewater containing solids or long fabric materials.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V
2. Medium temperature must be less than 40ºC , with a pH value ranging from 4 to 10. The medium density should be less than 1200kg/m3 and the solid-liquid ratio must not exceed 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must conform to the specifications shown in the installation drawing.
4. These pumps are not suitable for handling highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. The diameter of solids should not exceed the maximum allowable limit.

Structure
1. Our pumps feature a meticulously selected and matched pump body and impeller, delivering high-efficiency flow and a flat power curve that resists overload. The impeller is balanced and precisely engineered to minimize vibration and ensure stable rotation.
2. The motor is a specially designed submersible type with IPX8 protection, insulation class F, and outstanding cooling performance, all contributing to a lasting operational service life.
3. Motor Cooling: Heat generated by the motor is dissipated through the motor shell. Safe operation is ensured as long as the medium level exceeds half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: A series of two or three mechanical seals work in tandem, with one seal separating the medium from the oil chamber and the others isolating the oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: This chamber contains suitable oil and two mechanical seals, isolating the medium from the motor. If the first seal leaks, the oil in the chamber prevents liquid ingress to the motor, while providing lubrication and cooling to maintain mechanical seal stability. This design also assists in dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing sets provide stable support for the shaft. Depending on radial and axial forces, as well as load demands, the bottom bearing can be configured with two or three types of bearings to ensure long-lasting stability and service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. Designed with a soft rubber cable resistant to sewage, these pumps are optimized for ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and full-load motor conditions. When operating under lower loads or cooler conditions, pump longevity is further enhanced.
2. A robust seal is crafted between the cable's rubber cover and the formidable motor, effectively acting as a barrier to prevent any leakage of the medium into the motor cabinet, ensuring seamless operation of the pump.
3. Ingeniously designed, both the cable slot and the cables undergo a sophisticated process of rubber vulcanization. This strategic design ensures that even if the rubber cover sustains damage, it remains resilient, preventing any medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: The structural integrity of the motor shell is fortified by its components - the base, bearing seat, and motor cover. These elements are meticulously sealed at every joint, providing an impermeable barrier. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to verify the unwavering efficacy of these seals.
9. Safety Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): A comprehensive safety mechanism, designed to safeguard the pump's operation with unparalleled precision.
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically installed within the oil chamber, this detector is vigilant in monitoring the first mechanical seal's integrity. Should the medium begin to seep into the oil chamber, reaching a critical threshold, an alarm is sounded to alert and address the issue promptly.
2. Water-In Detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this sophisticated sensor detects any breach in the second mechanical seal. In the event that oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, the detector will trigger an alarm and halt the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded within the motor stator's windings, this component is a vigilant guardian against prolonged overload. It vigilantly monitors the winding temperature, and if a rise is detected, either due to overload or other causes, an alarm is activated, and the pump is stopped to prevent overheating.

Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: Designed for effortless maneuverability, the hand lift must never be used to move the pump via the cable, as this can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to potential leaks. Additionally, attaching the cable to the hand lift for movement is strictly prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve illustrates the recommended operational range of the pump. Should the medium conditions change, it's crucial to ensure the shaft power remains within the motor's rated power limits. Overloading could result in motor damage.
