Summary
1. The WQ and WQ-JY series pumps represent a remarkable enhancement in both domestic and international models. These pumps have been meticulously engineered to optimize hydraulic performance, sealing technology, structure, and protection mechanisms. They stand out with increased reliability and safety, offering ease of use, extended service life, and superior drainage capability. The entire series is designed for straightforward selection, and when paired with an electronic control cabinet, they ensure optimal pump protection.
2. Performance is optimized with a two-channel impeller and a two to three mechanical seal system, providing better lubrication and cooling for the mechanical seal. This design ensures stable, clog-free operation, allowing easy passage of pumped liquids.
3. The tandem-type mechanical seal ensures greater reliability and a prolonged service life for the shaft seal.
4. Structural improvements greatly benefit the sealing integrity, ensuring reliable operation with minimal vibration. The optimized design makes the pump user-friendly and efficient.
5. Featuring an IPX8 motor, this pump offers excellent cooling performance, with a temperature rise significantly lower than that of standard motors, enhancing durability. It is equipped with Class F insulation to guarantee an extended motor service life.
6. The motor is equipped with multiple protective features, which facilitate easy selection for different applications.

Application
Ideally suited for diverse environments such as buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roads, factories, and small sewage treatment facilities.
The pump efficiently handles liquids ranging from rainwater to wastewater containing solids and long fabrics.

Working conditions
1. Power supply requirements: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2. Suitable for mediums with temperatures below 40ºC and a pH range of 4-10. The medium density should be less than 1200kg/m³, with a solid to liquid ratio of less than 2%.
3. The lowest liquid level must conform to the specifications outlined in the installation drawing.
4. The pump is not recommended for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids should not exceed the maximum permissible diameter.

Structure
1. The meticulous selection and matching of the pump body and impeller ensure excellent flow performance and high efficiency, with a flat power curve preventing overload. The impeller's balance and precision minimize vibration, ensuring stable rotation.
2. The motor is a specially designed submersible type, with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation. It boasts excellent cooling performance and a lengthy insulation service life.
3. Motor cooling is achieved through the motor shell. As long as the medium sufficiently covers over half of the stator shell, safe operation is ensured.
4. The shaft seal system employs two or three mechanical seals in series. One seal separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the additional seals separate oil from the motor.
5. The oil chamber contains suitable oil, which along with dual mechanical seals, separates the medium from the motor. In case of leakage from the first seal, the oil in the chamber prevents liquid ingress, while lubricating and cooling the seals, enhancing stability and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. The bottom bearing sets provide stable shaft support. Depending on radial force, axial force, and load, the design includes two or three types of bearings, ensuring stable operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and mechanical seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber resistant to sewage. It is engineered for ambient temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius and motor full-load conditions. When operating below full load or in cooler temperatures, the pump's lifespan is extended.
2. A robust seal is fitted between the cable's rubber cover and the motor to effectively prevent any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.
3. The cables and their slots undergo advanced rubber vulcanization. Even if the rubber cover becomes damaged, this feature serves as a safeguard to prevent medium intrusion into the motor cabinet, maintaining optimal functionality.
8. Motor Shell: The sturdy structure of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover forms the motor shell. Precision seals at each joint ensure a watertight construction. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee a flawless seal.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. The oil-water detector, strategically installed in the oil chamber, meticulously monitors the leakage of the first mechanical seal in the medium. Upon reaching a specific threshold, it triggers an alarm, ensuring prompt attention.
2. Water-in Detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this detector vigilantly senses leaks from the second mechanical seal. If oil or a mixture of oil and water makes its way into the motor, the detector will sound an alarm and halt the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded in the motor stator windings, this component detects prolonged motor overload or any other factors causing a temperature rise. Upon reaching a critical temperature, it will trigger an alarm and automatically stop the pump to avert overheating.
10. Outer Control System:
1. Users must utilize a professional control cabinet for pump operation and protection. If opting for a custom control cabinet, please consult with us for guidance on installing a protection controller to ensure comprehensive safety.
2. A specialized hand lift enables easy movement. It is crucial not to lift or move the pump by the cable, as this may compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Additionally, never secure the cable to the hand lift, as moving the pump this way is prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve illustrates the recommended operational scope for the pump. If there are changes in medium, ensure the shaft power remains within the rated motor power range. Overloading risks burning the motor.
