8. Motor Shell: The motor shell is a sturdy assembly consisting of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover. Seal integrity is ensured at every joint, with each pump undergoing rigorous water pressure testing to confirm the reliability of the seals.
9. Comprehensive Safety Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): Offering a safeguard like no other, our system ensures that the pump operates within safe parameters at all times.
1. Oil Water Detector: This advanced device is strategically installed in the oil chamber to monitor the first mechanical seal's integrity. Should the medium penetrate the oil chamber to a critical level, an alarm is triggered immediately.
2. Water In Detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this sophisticated detector monitors the second mechanical seal for any leakage. Upon detecting oil or oil-water mixtures entering the motor, it will activate an alarm and halt the pump's operation.
3. Thermal Component: Encased within the motor stator windings, this component acts as a vigilant guardian against prolonged overload. Any significant rise in temperature prompts an alarm and ceases pump activity, ensuring longevity and safety.
10. External Control System:
1. We recommend utilizing a professional control cabinet to manage and safeguard the pump's operations. For those employing their own control cabinet, we offer expert guidance to ensure the protective controller is installed correctly.
2. Special Hand Lift for Effortless Mobility: It is crucial not to lift or move the pump using the cable, as this could compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, potentially leading to leaks. It is also not advisable to fix the cable onto the hand lift for moving purposes.
