Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3 Phase, 380V
2. Medium temperature under 40ºC , with a pH range of 4-10, medium density under 1200kg/m³, and a solid-to-liquid ratio below 2%.
3. Ensuring the liquid level aligns with the minimum requirements in the installation drawing is crucial.
4. Not suitable for liquids or solids with strong corrosive properties.
5. Ensure that solids do not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously matched and selected to provide high efficiency, excellent performance, and a flat power curve, minimizing overload risks. The balanced and precisely manufactured impeller reduces vibration, ensuring smooth and stable rotation.
2. Motor: Designed specifically for submersible use, the motor boasts an IPX8 protection level, Class F insulation, and excellent cooling performance for extended insulation service life.
3. Motor cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated through the motor shell. As long as the medium level covers more than half of the stator shell, safe operation is assured.
4. Shaft Seal: Two or three mechanical seals operate in series. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Properly filled with oil, the chamber employs two mechanical seals to separate the medium from the motor. In case of leakage, the oil chamber acts as a barrier to prevent liquid ingress, while lubricating and cooling the seals. This design stabilizes seal operation and dissipates heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing sets provide stable shaft support. Depending on radial and axial forces and load, the bottom bearing can consist of two or three different types to ensure stable pump operation and a long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The soft rubber cable is resistant to sewage and designed for ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and full motor load conditions. Operating the pump below full load or in temperatures under 40 degrees extends pump longevity.
2. A secure seal is ingeniously crafted between the cable's robust rubber cover and the motor, offering superior protection against medium leaks into the motor cabinet. This innovation ensures the longevity and reliability of your pump's performance.
