2. With enhanced performance, the two-channel impeller and dual to triple mechanical seals provide superior lubrication and cooling. They ensure stable operation without clogging, efficiently accommodating a wide range of pumped liquids.

Application
Ideally suited for building drainage, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roadways, factory sewage, and small-scale sewage treatment applications.
These pumps adeptly handle a variety of liquids, from rainwater to wastewater containing solids and long fabrics.

Working conditions
1. Power supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature: less than 40ºCºC , pH value between 4-10, medium density below 1200kg/m³, and a solid-to-liquid ratio under 2%.
3. Ensure the lowest liquid level aligns with the levels depicted in the installation drawings.
4. These pumps are unsuitable for handling strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Avoid exceeding the pump's maximum allowable solid diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched for optimal performance, achieving high efficiency with a flat power curve to prevent overloading. The balanced and precisely engineered impeller minimizes vibration, ensuring stable rotation.
2. The motor: A specially designed submersible motor with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, offering exceptional cooling performance and a long service life.
3. Motor cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated through the motor shell. As long as the medium remains above half the stator shell, safe operation is assured.
4. Shaft seal: Employing two or three mechanical seals in series, the setup effectively separates the medium from the oil chamber, while additional seals prevent oil from entering the motor.
5. Oil chamber: Filled with appropriate oil, the oil chamber isolates the medium from the motor. In the event of a seal leak, the chamber prevents liquid ingress into the motor, while dual mechanical seals ensure stable operation and effective heat dissipation from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing setup provides stable shaft support. Based on radial force, axial force, and load requirements, the bearing arrangement is optimized for stable pump operation and extended service life.
7. Cable and mechanical seal:
1. The pump features a soft rubber cable specifically designed to resist sewage. Tailored for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and full motor load conditions, the pump operates efficiently under partial load or with ambient temperatures below 40°C, ensuring extended operational longevity.
2. Equipped with an innovative seal between the cable rubber cover and the motor, this design ensures that the medium is securely contained, preventing any potential leakage into the motor cabinet. This feature provides an enhanced safety measure for uninterrupted performance.
3. A state-of-the-art rubber vulcanization technique is applied to both the cable slot and cables. This ensures maximum durability and, even if the rubber cover is compromised, it effectively prevents medium leakage into the motor cabinet, offering an extra layer of protection.
8. Motor Shell: An engineered assembly of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover forms the robust motor shell. Strategic seals are precisely located at each joint, and every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee an impermeable seal.
9. Comprehensive Safety Protection in Pump (Grounded Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Situated in the oil chamber, this detector monitors the integrity of the first mechanical seal (in contact with the medium). Upon detection of a significant amount of medium leakage into the oil chamber, an alert is triggered to prevent damage.
2. Water In Detector: Installed within the motor cabinet, this detector identifies leaks from the second mechanical seal. When an oil or oil-and-water mixture enters the motor, the water in detector promptly triggers an alarm and halts the pump operation to avert further issues.
3. Thermal Monitoring System: Positioned within the motor stator windings, this component monitors temperature fluctuations. Should the motor experience prolonged overload, or any other cause of temperature elevation, the system will issue an alarm and discontinue the pump to safeguard its functionality.
10. Advanced Outer Control System:
1. It is essential that users employ a professional control cabinet to manage and protect the pump effectively. For those utilizing their own control systems, we offer guidance to ensure proper installation of the protection controller.
2. Special Handling Equipment: Designed for easy maneuverability, a specialized hand lift is provided. It is crucial to avoid moving the pump by its cable as this could compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leaks. Hence, securing the cable on the hand lift for pump movement is strictly prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Key Technical Data: The performance curve illustrates the optimal operating range for the pump. If the medium changes, it is vital to verify that the shaft power remains within the rated motor power capacity. Failure to do so may result in motor burnout due to overload.
