Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature must remain below 40ºC , with a pH range of 4-10. The medium density should not exceed 1200kg/m3, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should be less than 2%.
3. The minimum liquid level must align with the lowest level depicted in the installation diagram.
4. Not recommended for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solid sizes must not surpass the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously matched for optimal flow performance, high efficiency, and a stable power curve that prevents overloading. The impeller is finely balanced and precise, minimizing vibration and ensuring stable rotation.
2. Motor: This specially engineered submersible motor comes with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, offering excellent cooling performance and extending the motor's lifespan.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is efficiently dispersed by the motor shell. As long as the medium covers over half of the stator shell, safe operation is guaranteed.
4. Shaft Seal: A series of two to three mechanical seals work harmoniously to separate the medium from the oil chamber, and further seals prevent oil from reaching the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Contains suitable oil and dual mechanical seals, effectively separating the medium from the motor. In case of a leak, the oil chamber prevents liquid intrusion, while dual seals ensure stable operation and heat dissipation from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: Strategically designed bottom bearing sets provide stable shaft support. The bearing system is tailored to accommodate radial force, axial force, and load variations, ensuring stable pump operation and an extended service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber, resistant to sewage, and designed for ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius under full motor load. By maintaining operation under these conditions, the pump's durability is significantly enhanced.
2. A specialized seal is ingeniously positioned between the cable rubber cover and the motor, ensuring that no medium infiltrates the motor cabinet, thus maintaining impeccable operational integrity.
3. With cables securely housed in rubber vulcanization, even if the rubber cover sustains damage, our system continues to thwart any medium from seeping into the motor cabinet, safeguarding its vital components.
8. Motor Shell: The robust motor shell is a harmonious assembly of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all meticulously sealed at their junctions. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee an uncompromised seal.
9. Comprehensive Pump Safety Protection (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically installed in the oil chamber, this detector vigilantly monitors for leaks in the first mechanical seal. Upon detecting medium intrusion into the oil chamber, it activates an alarm to alert maintenance teams.
2. Water In Detector: Nestled within the motor cabinet, this detector keeps a watchful eye on the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mix breach into the motor, it promptly triggers an alarm and halts pump operation to avert damage.
3. Thermal Protection: Embedded within the motor stator windings, this component monitors for overheating due to prolonged overload or other factors. If temperatures reach critical levels, it raises an alarm and automatically stops the pump.
10. External Control System:
1. Users are recommended to employ a professional control cabinet for optimal pump management and protection. Should users opt for their own control systems, our team is available for consultation to ensure the correct installation of protective controllers.
