Application
The ZS Stainless Steel Horizontal Single-Stage Centrifugal Pump is a versatile powerhouse designed for a wide range of applications. It can effortlessly transmit various mediums including water and industrial liquids, adapting to different temperatures, flow rates, and pressure ranges. Its versatility shines across multiple typical applications, including:
1,Water supply: From filtration in water works to transportation and subarea water carriage, and even the pressurization of main ducts;
2,Industrial pressurization: Perfect for flow wetting systems and comprehensive cleaning systems;
3,Transportation of industrial liquids: Including water supply for boilers, condensed systems, cooling and air conditioning systems, machine tool support, and light acid and alkali transportation;

Installation requirements
The ZS pump boasts a direct connection shaft type, comprising a pump, shaft, and standard motor to ensure seamless integration.
Installation should be executed in a well-ventilated, anti-freezing location;
Ensure the pump installation allows it to operate without tension from the pipeline;
For outdoor installations, use a suitable cover to protect electric components from water ingress or dew condensation;
Adequate space must be allocated around the machine group to facilitate easy inspection and maintenance;
Electrical wiring must be robust, preventing damage from phase deficiencies, voltage instability, current leakage, or overload;
The pump should be horizontally placed on its base, with the inlet positioned horizontally and the outlet vertically.

Operating condition
Suited for handling clean, thin, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquids, void of solid particles and fibers;
Ideal liquid temperature ranges from -20°C to +100°C;
Capable of operating in ambient temperatures up to +40°C;
Designed to function effectively at altitudes up to 1000m;
The maximum system pressure it can withstand is 10 bar.
