Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V
2. Suitable for medium temperatures below 40°C , with a pH value range of 4-10, medium density up to 1200kg/m3, and a solid-to-liquid ratio less than 2%.
3. Ensure the liquid level aligns with the minimum level specified in the installation drawing.
4. Not recommended for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Ensure solid particles do not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulously selected and matched pump body and impeller ensure high performance and efficiency. A smooth power curve minimizes overload risks. The impeller is finely balanced, reducing vibrations and promoting stable rotation.
2. Specially engineered submersible motor with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation offers superior cooling and an extended lifespan.
3. The motor's heat is efficiently dissipated via the motor shell, ensuring safe operation as long as the medium covers at least half of the stator shell.
4. The shaft seal configuration employs two or three mechanical seals in series. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate oil from the motor, enhancing durability.
5. The oil chamber is filled with appropriate oil, featuring two mechanical seals to prevent medium ingress into the motor. In the event of a seal leak, the oil chamber acts as a barrier, allowing seals to be lubricated and cooled while dissipating heat from the motor and bearings.
6. The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support, effectively handling radial, axial forces, and loads, ensuring seamless operation and longevity.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable comprises soft rubber resistant to sewage, designed for ambient temperatures of up to 40°C and full-load motor operation. By maintaining ambient temperatures below 40°C or operating at partial load, the pump's lifespan is further extended.
2. Ingeniously crafted, a robust seal exists between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, providing a reliable defense against medium leakage into the motor cabinet, ensuring efficiency and longevity.
3. With cable slots and cables encapsulated through precise rubber vulcanization, even if the rubber cover is compromised, this sophisticated design prevents any medium from infiltrating the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to uphold the integrity of these seals and ensure peak performance.
9. Advanced Safety Protection for Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically positioned in the oil chamber, this device vigilantly monitors the first mechanical seal's integrity. Upon detecting a specific amount of medium leakage into the chamber, it triggers an alert, safeguarding the pump's functionality.
2. Water In Detector: Installed within the motor cabinet, this crucial component identifies breaches in the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture intrude into the motor, the detector promptly alarms and halts the pump to prevent damage.
3. Thermal Component: Situated in the motor stator windings, this thermal part monitors for long-term overloads. If windings' temperatures elevate significantly due to any cause, it activates an alarm and ceases pump operation to protect the system.
10. External Control System:
1. It is imperative that users employ a professional control cabinet to manage and safeguard the pump. For those utilizing their own control cabinets, please consult with us for guidance on installing the necessary protection controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: To maintain the cable and motor cover seal, avoid lifting the pump by the cable, as this could compromise the seal and cause leakage. Similarly, securing the cable to the hand lift for movement is strictly prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the optimal operational scope for the pump. Should the medium change, verify that the shaft power remains within the motor's rated power to avoid motor burnout from overload.
