Ideal for diverse settings such as buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roads, factories, and small sewage treatment facilities, this pump efficiently manages a variety of sewage and drainage requirements.
Capable of handling rainwater and wastewater containing solids and long fabrics with ease.

Working Conditions
1. Power supply requirements: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V.
2. Suitable for mediums with temperatures below 40ºC. The pump accommodates mediums with a pH value between 4 and 10 and a medium density of less than 1200kg/m3, with a solid-to-liquid ratio under 2%.
3. Ensure the lowest liquid level complies with the specifications detailed in the installation drawing.
4. This pump is unsuitable for liquids or solids with strong corrosive properties.
5. Solid particles should not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. The careful selection and matching of the pump body and impeller guarantee efficient flow and high performance. The design includes a flat power curve that minimizes the risk of overload. The finely balanced and precisely constructed impeller ensures minimal vibration and stable rotation.
2. The motor is a specialized submersible design with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, offering excellent cooling and extended service life.
3. Motor cooling is efficiently managed through the motor shell. Safe operation is ensured as long as the medium covers at least half of the stator shell.
4. The shaft seal incorporates two or three mechanical seals in series. One seal separates the medium from the oil chamber, while additional seals segregate the oil from the motor.
5. The oil chamber is filled with appropriate oil and features dual mechanical seals, ensuring separation of the medium from the motor. In the event of a mechanical seal leak, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress into the motor, while allowing for lubrication and cooling of the mechanical seals, thus stabilizing operation and dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6. The bottom bearing provides stable support for the shaft, with configurations accommodating various radial and axial forces and loads. This ensures the pump operates stably and delivers a long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The soft rubber cable is designed to withstand sewage environments, considering ambient temperatures of up to 40°C and full load motor operating conditions. For optimal performance, the pump should operate under conditions where the motor is not at full load, or the ambient temperature remains below 40°C, thus prolonging operational longevity.
2. A robust seal is ingeniously designed between the cable rubber cover and the motor, meticulously preventing any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring unparalleled reliability.
3. With rubber vulcanization enhancing both the cable slot and cables, even if the rubber cover faces damage, it still serves as a formidable barrier against medium leakage into the motor cabinet, maintaining optimal performance.
8. Motor Shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, this sturdy shell is fortified with seals at every joining part. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing, ensuring the integrity and waterproof quality of the seals for exceptional durability.
9. Comprehensive Safety Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Positioned in the oil chamber, this detector vigilantly monitors the first mechanical seal for any leakage. If the medium leaks into the oil chamber beyond a certain level, it triggers an immediate alarm, safeguarding the pump.
2. Water In Detector: Strategically installed within the motor cabinet, this detector senses any breach of the second mechanical seal. It promptly alarms and halts the pump when oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, ensuring protection.
3. Thermal Part: Embedded within the motor stator windings, this component monitors for prolonged overloads. Should the windings' temperature rise due to extended use or other factors, it issues an alarm and ceases pump operation to prevent damage.
10. Advanced Outer Control System:
1. To guarantee optimal protection and control of the pump, users are advised to employ the professional control cabinet. Should users opt for their own cabinets, it is crucial they contact us for expert guidance on installing the protection controller.
2. A specially designed hand lift allows for effortless movement. It is strictly prohibited to pump or move the unit by the cable, as this could compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, potentially leading to leakage. Secure attachment of the cable to the hand lift for movement is also prohibited.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the ideal operational scope for the pump. Should the medium change, it is vital to maintain the shaft power within the rated motor power range. Exceeding this limit could result in motor burnout.
