Working conditions
1, Power supply requirements: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2, Suitable medium temperature: under 40ºC. Maintain a pH value between 4 and 10, with a medium density of less than 1200 kg/m3 and a solid-to-liquid ratio of under 2%.
3, Ensure the liquid level meets the minimum requirements as per the installation drawing.
4, Not advisable for use with highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5, Solid particles should not surpass the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1, The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched, showcasing exceptional performance and high efficiency. The balanced impeller ensures reduced vibration, stable rotation, and prevents overload with a flat power curve.
2, The motor is a specially designed submersible unit with protection level IPX8 and insulation class F, providing excellent cooling and a prolonged insulation lifespan.
3, Efficient motor heat management is achieved through the motor shell, ensuring safe operation when the medium covers at least half of the stator shell.
4, The shaft is protected by two or three mechanical seals in series. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others separate oil from the motor.
5, The oil chamber contains appropriate oil and two mechanical seals, isolating the medium from the motor. In the event of a mechanical seal leak, the oil prevents liquid ingress to the motor. Moreover, the seals receive lubrication and cooling, stabilizing operation and dissipating heat from the lower bearing and motor.
6, The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support, designed to manage radial and axial forces along with load demands, ensuring stable pump operation and longevity.
7, Cable and mechanical seal:
1, The cable is crafted from soft rubber, resistant to sewage, designed to function under ambient temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius and motor full-load conditions. Operating under a full load or at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius extends the pump's operational longevity.
2. Our innovative design features a robust seal positioned between the cable rubber cover and the motor, effectively safeguarding against any medium leakage into the motor cabinet, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
3. Our advanced cable slot and expertly vulcanized rubber cables are thoughtfully engineered to prevent medium leakage even if the rubber cover sustains damage, providing additional security for the motor cabinet.
8. Motor Shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, our motor shell is meticulously sealed at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee a superior seal, ensuring reliable operation.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. Oil Water Detector: Installed within the oil chamber, this detector monitors the leakage of the first mechanical seal in the medium. Upon detecting leakage to a specified level in the oil chamber, it triggers an alarm.
2. Water In Detector: Strategically placed within the motor cabinet, this detector identifies leaks in the second mechanical seal. If oil or an oil-water mixture invades the motor, the detector will alert and halt the pump.
3. Thermal Component: Embedded in the windings of the motor stator, this component detects prolonged overload conditions. If the winding temperature rises to a critical level, due to overload or other reasons, it will alarm and stop the pump, safeguarding the motor.
10. Outer Control System:
1. To ensure optimal functionality and safety, users are advised to employ a professional control cabinet for pump control and protection. For those using their own systems, our expert team is available for guidance on installing the protection controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: Direct movement by the cable is strictly prohibited as it can compromise the seal integrity between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. The cable should not be used to move the pump nor be fixed to the hand lift for movement.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: Our performance curve accurately illustrates the recommended operational scope for the pump. Should the medium change, ensure that the shaft power remains within the rated motor power range to prevent motor overload and potential burn-out.
