Ideal for use in buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal projects, roadworks, factory sewage management, small sewage treatment facilities, and more.
Capable of handling rainwater, wastewater containing solids, and long fabrics.

Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature must remain below 40ºC , pH value should be between 4-10, with medium density less than 1200 kg/m³ and a solid-to-liquid ratio under 2%.
3. Ensure the lowest liquid level aligns with the installation drawing.
4. Not suitable for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids must not exceed the maximum allowed diameter.

Structure
1. Our pumps feature meticulously selected and matched pump bodies and impellers for high-efficiency fluid movement, a flat power curve, and reduced overload risk. The impellers are balanced and precisely engineered for minimal vibration and stable operation.
2. The motor is a specially designed submersible motor with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, offering excellent cooling performance and ensuring a long service life.
3. Motor cooling is achieved through the motor shell, providing safe operation as long as the medium covers at least half of the stator shell.
4. Our shaft seal employs two to three mechanical seals in series. One seal isolates the oil chamber from the medium, while others separate the oil from the motor.
5. The oil chamber contains suitable oil and features two mechanical seals, separating the medium from the motor. In case of a leak in the first seal, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress, and lubricates and cools the seals, ensuring stable operation and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support. It is configured with two or three different types of bearings based on radial and axial forces and load requirements, ensuring the pump operates stably and has a long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. Utilizing a soft rubber cable resistant to sewage, it's designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C under full motor load. When operated below full load or at temperatures below 40°C, our pumps offer extended operational longevity.
2. A robust seal is ingeniously designed between the cable rubber cover and the motor, ensuring that no medium can seep into the motor cabinet. This feature enhances the durability and reliability of our pumps.
3. The cables and their slots are crafted with rubber vulcanization. In the event of a rubber cover breach, this clever design continues to prevent any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, providing an extra layer of protection.
8. Motor shell: The motor shell is a well-engineered assembly of the base, bearing seat, and motor cover. Seals are meticulously integrated at each joint, and every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee impeccable sealing.
9. Safety features in our pumps include a professionally earthed power supply controlled cabinet, offering unmatched protection and peace of mind.
1. An oil water detector is strategically installed within the oil chamber to monitor the first mechanical seal's integrity. Should the medium leak into the oil chamber, reaching a specific volume, an alarm will be triggered, alerting to potential issues.
2. Water-in detector: Positioned in the motor cabinet, it detects leaks from the second mechanical seal. If oil or an oil-water mixture enters the motor, the detector will sound an alarm and halt the pump to prevent damage.
3. A thermal component is embedded in the motor stator windings to monitor temperature. If the motor endures prolonged overload or experiences a temperature surge for any reason, this device will issue an alarm and stop the pump to avert overheating.
10. Outer control system:
1. Users are advised to employ a professional control cabinet for pump management and protection. Should users opt to utilize their own control cabinet, please reach out to us for guidance on installing a protective controller.
2. A specially designed hand lift facilitates effortless movement. It is crucial to avoid using the cable for lifting or moving the pump, as this could compromise the seal integrity between the cable and motor cover, potentially leading to leakage. Additionally, affixing the cable to the hand lift for moving purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Performance curve and key technical specifications: The performance curve provides a visual representation of the recommended operational range for the pump. With any change in medium, ensure the shaft power remains within the motor's rated power to prevent motor overload and damage.
