The WQ and WQ-JY series elevate the standards of both local and international counterparts by enhancing various aspects such as hydraulic performance, sealing technologies, structural design, and protective mechanisms. With pioneering innovations, these pumps offer unmatched reliability and safety. They are user-friendly, boast a longer lifespan, and exhibit excellent drainage capabilities. The complete series facilitates easy selection and, when paired with an electronic control cabinet, provides additional pump protection.
2. Performance is significantly optimized with a two-channel impeller and two to three mechanical seals. This configuration enhances lubrication and cooling, ensuring stable operation free from clogs and facilitating smooth passage for the pumped liquids.
3. The tandem type mechanical seal ensures a more dependable shaft seal, extending the pump's service life considerably.
4. Structural improvements enhance sealing reliability, reduce vibrations, and create an optimized design that simplifies usage, ensuring consistent performance.
5. Equipped with an IPX8-rated motor, the pump exhibits excellent cooling performance with a temperature rise notably lower than standard motors. The Class F insulation further guarantees the motor's extensive lifespan.

Working Conditions
1. Power supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V.
2. Medium temperature should be maintained below 40ºC , with a pH range of 4-10. Medium density should not exceed 1200kg/m³, and the solid-to-liquid ratio should remain under 2%.
3. Ensure the liquid level aligns with the lowest point indicated in the installation diagram.
4. The pump is unsuitable for handling highly corrosive liquids or solids.
5. Solids should not surpass the maximum permissible diameter.

Structure
1. Meticulous selection and matching of the pump body and impeller result in superior performance, high efficiency, and a stable power curve. The balanced and precisely crafted impeller ensures minimal vibration and smooth rotation.
2. The motor is a specially designed submersible type, boasting an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation. This design delivers excellent cooling and prolongs the service life.
3. Motor cooling is achieved via the motor shell, allowing safe operation provided the medium level remains above half the stator shell.
4. The shaft seal employs a series of two or three mechanical seals. One seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber, while the remaining seals separate oil from the motor.
5. An oil chamber, filled with suitable oil, acts as a barrier between the medium and the motor. Should the first mechanical seal fail, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress to the motor, ensuring continued lubrication and cooling of the seals and dispersing excess heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. The bottom bearing assembly provides stable support for the shaft, accommodating radial and axial forces. Depending on the load, it can comprise two or three different bearings to assure reliable operation and extend the pump's life span.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is crafted from soft rubber, designed to withstand sewage exposure, and is engineered for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and full-load motor conditions. When operating under lighter loads or cooler temperatures, the pumps achieve extended operational longevity.
2. A robust seal is ingeniously situated between the cable rubber cover and the motor, effectively safeguarding against any medium leakage into the motor cabinet, ensuring enduring protection and performance.
3. The durable cable slot and resilient cables feature rubber vulcanization, which offers an additional layer of defense. If the rubber cover is compromised, it will still prevent the medium from seeping into the motor cabinet, maintaining the system's integrity.
8. Motor Shell: This includes the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, all meticulously crafted to form the motor shell. At every joint, precision seals are applied. Each pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing, guaranteeing the effectiveness of these seals.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet): A sophisticated protective mechanism ensures maximum safety for both the pump and user.
1. Oil Water Detector: Strategically installed in the oil chamber, this detector monitors for any leakage from the first mechanical seal. Upon detecting a certain amount of leakage into the oil chamber, it triggers an alarm, allowing for swift action.
2. Water In Detector: Positioned within the motor cabinet, this detector identifies leaks from the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrate the motor, the detector will alert and halt the pump, preventing further damage.
3. Thermal Component: Nestled within the motor stator windings, this component monitors temperature increases due to prolonged overload or other causes. Once the temperature reaches a critical level, it will alarm and stop the pump to avert overheating.
10. Outer Control System:
1. For optimal functionality, users must employ a professional control cabinet to manage and safeguard the pump. Should users prefer their own control setup, our team is ready to assist with installation of the protection controller for seamless operation.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: It is strictly forbidden to lift or move the pump using the cable, as this could compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Never fix the cable on the hand lift-this is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the system.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve outlines the recommended operational range for the pump. Should the medium change, it is vital to ensure the shaft power remains within the rated motor power range. Exceeding this could result in motor burnout.
