Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3-phase, 380V
2. Medium Temperature: Below 40ºC , pH value range: 4-10. Medium density should be less than 1200 kg/m³, with a solid-to-liquid ratio of less than 2%.
3. The minimum liquid level must correspond with the lowest liquid level in the installation drawing.
4. The pump is unsuitable for liquids or solids exhibiting strong corrosive properties.
5. Solid particles should not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. The careful selection and matching of the pump body and impeller ensure superior flow performance and high efficiency. The flat power curve reduces overload risk. The balanced and precisely designed impeller minimizes vibration, ensuring stable rotation.
2. Motor: The submersible motor is specially designed with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation. It offers excellent cooling performance and a prolonged insulation lifespan.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is dissipated via the motor shell. As long as the medium covers more than half of the stator shell, safe operation is ensured.
4. Shaft Seal: Equipped with a series of two or three mechanical seals. One seal separates the medium from the oil chamber, while the others isolate oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: Filled with suitable oil and equipped with two mechanical seals, the chamber separates the medium from the motor. In the event of a mechanical seal leak, the oil prevents liquid ingress into the motor. The seals are lubricated and cooled, stabilizing their operation and dissipating heat from the bottom bearing and motor.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing assembly provides robust shaft support. Depending on radial force, axial force, and load, it can be configured with two or three different bearings to ensure stable pump operation and long service life.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. The cable is a soft rubber variant, resistant to sewage, designed for ambient temperatures up to 40°C and full-load motor conditions. Under less strenuous conditions, such as reduced load or temperatures below 40°C, the pumps can achieve extended operational durations.
2. The innovative seal between the cable's rubber cover and the motor is engineered to prevent any medium leakage into the motor cabinet, thus ensuring optimal protection and longevity.
3. Our cable slot and cables undergo rubber vulcanization, providing an added layer of protection. This means that even if the rubber cover incurs damage, it still effectively prevents medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
8. Motor shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee these seals hold strong, ensuring impeccable performance.
9. Safety features of the pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet):
1. Oil water detector: Strategically installed in the oil chamber, this device meticulously monitors for leakage from the first mechanical seal (in the medium). Should the medium reach a certain level in the oil chamber, an alarm will sound to alert you.
2. Water in detector: Located within the motor cabinet, this detector identifies leaks from the second mechanical seal. If oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrates the motor, the detector will trigger an alarm and halt the pump operation.
3. Thermal protection: Situated in the windings of the motor stator, this feature monitors for excessive temperature rise due to prolonged overload or other causes. It will sound an alarm and stop the pump to prevent damage.
10. External control system:
1. Users are advised to employ a professional control cabinet to manage and safeguard the pump. For those using a custom control cabinet, please reach out to us for guidance on installing a protection controller to ensure optimal safety.
2. A specially designed hand lift is included for easy handling. It is crucial not to lift or move the pump by the cable, as this can compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover and lead to leakage. Similarly, fixing the cable on the hand lift is prohibited to prevent damage.
3. Performance curve and main technical data: The performance curve delineates the recommended operating range for the pump. If the medium changes, ensure the shaft power remains within the rated motor power limit to avoid motor burn-out due to overload.
