Working Conditions

2, Medium temperature: Less than 40ºC , pH value between 4-10, medium density below 1200kg/m3, with a solid and liquid ratio of less than 2%.
3, Ensure the lowest liquid level aligns with the minimum liquid requirements specified in the installation drawing.
4, Not suitable for strongly corrosive liquids or solids.
5, Solids should not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1, Precision selection and matching of the pump body and impeller ensure excellent flow performance, high efficiency, and a flat power curve, minimizing overload risks. The impeller is precisely balanced for reduced vibration and stable rotation.
2, Motor: Specially crafted submersible motor with an IPX8 protection level and Class F insulation, offering excellent cooling performance for a prolonged service life.
3, Motor Cooling: Heat is efficiently dissipated through the motor shell. With the medium over half the stator shell, safe operation is guaranteed.
4, Shaft Seal: Multiple mechanical seals in series configurations-one seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber while the others separate oil from the motor.
5, Oil Chamber: Optimally filled oil chamber houses two mechanical seals, segregating the medium from the motor. In the event of a first seal leak, the chamber retains oil to prevent liquid ingress into the motor. This setup enables stable operation, effectively dissipating heat generated by the bottom bearing and motor.
6, Bearing: The bottom bearing assembly provides stable shaft support. Tailored to accommodate radial, axial, and load forces, it may incorporate two to three different bearing types to ensure stability and extended operational life.
7, Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1, The cable is a flexible rubber type, resistant to sewage, designed for an ambient temperature of 40 degrees centigrade and full motor load conditions. Ensuring the motor operates below full load or ambient temperatures under 40 degrees prolongs pump life.
2. Ingeniously crafted with a seal between the cable rubber cover and motor, this design innovation effectively prevents any medium from leaking into the motor cabinet, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted performance.
3. The cable slot, along with the cables, undergoes rubber vulcanization. Even if the rubber cover gets damaged, the ingenious design safeguards against medium leaks into the motor cabinet, offering peace of mind and enhanced durability.
8. Motor Shell: Comprised of a robust base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure tests to guarantee a perfect seal, ensuring steadfast reliability.
9. Safe Protection in Pump (Earthed Professional Power Supply Controlled Cabinet):
1. The Oil Water Detector, strategically installed in the oil chamber, vigilantly monitors the leakage of the initial mechanical seal within the medium. Upon detecting a certain level of leakage, it promptly triggers an alarm, ensuring immediate attention.
2. Water-in Detector: Precisely installed within the motor cabinet, this detector identifies leaks in the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrate the motor, it swiftly alerts and halts the pump, preserving operational integrity.
3. Thermal Part: This crucial component is embedded in the windings of the motor stator. In situations of prolonged overload or any temperature rise, it triggers an alarm and automatically stops the pump, ensuring safety and preventing potential damage.
10. Outer Control System:
1. It is imperative for users to employ a professional control cabinet for the optimal control and protection of the pump. For those utilizing their own control cabinets, we urge you to contact us for guidance in installing the protective controller.
2. Special Hand Lift for Easy Movement: It is strictly prohibited to pump or move the pump using the cable, as this could compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Additionally, refrain from fixing the cable on the hand lift.
3. Performance Curve and Main Technical Data: The performance curve delineates the recommended operational scope for the pump. With any change in medium, ensure that the shaft power remains within the rated motor power range to avert motor burnout.
