Working Conditions
1. Power Supply: 50Hz, 3PH, 380V
2. Medium temperature must be less than 40ºC. 3. The pH value should range from 4 to 10, with the medium density being less than 1200 kg/m³ and the solid-liquid ratio under 2%.
4. The lowest liquid level must comply with the installation drawing specifications.
5. Not suitable for highly corrosive liquids or solids.
6. Solid particles should not exceed the maximum allowable diameter.

Structure
1. The pump body and impeller are meticulously selected and matched to achieve high efficiency, excellent performance, and a flat power curve, minimizing overload risk. The impeller is finely balanced to reduce vibration and ensure stable rotation.
2. Motor: Featuring a specially designed submersible motor with IPX8 protection and Class F insulation, it guarantees excellent cooling performance and an extended insulation service life.
3. Motor Cooling: The motor's heat is effectively dissipated via the motor shell. Safe operation is guaranteed as long as the medium covers over half of the stator shell.
4. Shaft Seal: Incorporates two or three mechanical seals in series, where one seal isolates the medium from the oil chamber and the other two seals separate oil from the motor.
5. Oil Chamber: The oil chamber contains suitable oil and is isolated from the motor by mechanical seals. Should the first seal fail, the oil chamber prevents liquid ingress into the motor, ensuring stable operation by cooling and lubricating the seals.
6. Bearing: The bottom bearing is engineered for stable shaft support. It accommodates radial and axial forces with two or three different bearings, ensuring stable pump operation and longevity.
7. Cable and Mechanical Seal:
1. Utilizing soft rubber cables resistant to sewage, designed for 40-degree centigrade ambient temperatures under full motor load conditions. Operate at reduced load or under 40 degrees for extended pump life.
2. A robust seal is meticulously crafted between the cable's rubber cover and the motor, effectively thwarting any potential medium leakage into the motor cabinet.
3. The cable slot and cables undergo a sophisticated rubber vulcanization process. Should the rubber cover suffer damage, this ensures the prevention of medium leakage into the motor cabinet as well.
8. Motor shell: Comprising the base, bearing seat, and motor cover, the motor shell is fortified with seals at each joint. Every pump undergoes rigorous water pressure testing to guarantee these seals function impeccably.
9. Safe protection in pump (Earthed professional power supply controlled cabinet):
1. The oil water detector, strategically installed in the oil chamber, diligently monitors leakage from the first mechanical seal within the medium. Upon detecting a certain level of medium leakage into the oil chamber, it triggers an alarm.
2. Water-in detector: Installed within the motor cabinet, this detector is vigilant in identifying leaks from the second mechanical seal. Should oil or an oil-water mixture infiltrate the motor, the detector will sound an alarm and halt pump operation.
3. Thermal component: Nestled within the windings of the motor stator, this feature monitors for overheating due to prolonged overload or other causes. Once temperatures exceed a safe threshold, it alerts and stops the pump.
10. Outer control system:
1. Users are advised to utilize a professional control cabinet for pump control and protection. If a custom control cabinet is used, please contact us for guidance on installing the protection controller.
2. A specialized hand lift is designed for easy movement. Using the cable for lifting or moving the pump is strictly prohibited as it may compromise the seal between the cable and motor cover, leading to leakage. Additionally, affixing the cable to the hand lift for movement is not allowed.
3. Performance curve and main technical data: The performance curve illustrates the recommended operational range for the pump. Ensure the shaft power remains within the rated motor power limits when medium changes occur. Overloading may result in motor damage.
